This is the landing page for our GitHub repository. The repository contains
software that to design CRISPR and RNAi-based libraries, to analyze and visualize
data from functional genomic experiments and to publicly distribute data from
high-throughput screening experiments. The repository also contains supplemental
data, code and vignettes of publications from our laboratory.
Our research laboratory develops and applies functional genomic technologies to analyze genetic networks under normal and disease conditions. We are particularly interested in understanding how genetic networks control development and how they are abberantly controlled during tumorigenesis, leading to uncontrolled growth and treatment resistance.
