The Boutros Lab uses functional genomic methods to understand links between genotypes and phenotypes during development and tumorigenesis.
We are also developing novel experimental and computational methods for highthroughput functional screens. The GitHub repository presents computational tools for the analysis and visualization of screening experiments and for the integrative analysis functional genomic experiments.
